TD777VIP Terms and Conditions – Full User Agreement for Pakistani Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to td777vip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and td777vip ("we", "us", "our", "td777vip") in relation to your use of the td777vip website, mobile applications and all services provided through them, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, roulette, slots and card games.

By registering an account on td777vip you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not create an account or use any of our services. Your continued use of td777vip constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updated versions.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of which country they are accessing td777vip from. Additional territory-specific conditions may apply and will be displayed during registration where relevant.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at td777vip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. td777vip operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy. We will request age verification documentation during the KYC process and at any other time we deem appropriate.
• You must be a natural person – not a company, partnership, trust or other legal entity.
• You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by td777vip or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, family member of an employee, or otherwise connected with td777vip, its game providers or any affiliate partner where such a connection would represent a conflict of interest.

3 Registration and KYC Verification

You may hold only one account on td777vip at any given time. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. td777vip is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process and in accordance with standard anti-money laundering ("AML") practices, td777vip will require you to submit identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal and at any time we are required to do so. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) – front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete. td777vip may also request additional documents at any time if required by our compliance obligations. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your td777vip account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person or allow any other person to use your account. td777vip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify td777vip support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action which may include temporary account suspension to prevent further unauthorised activity.

td777vip staff will never ask for your full password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be td777vip support and requests your password, treat the contact as fraudulent and report it to us immediately at support@td777vip.app.

5 Deposits

All deposits at td777vip are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

All funds deposited into your td777vip account must belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person or use payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

td777vip does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. td777vip is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

td777vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. Each individual bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time of the offer. The general rules set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to qualify for other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Bets placed on certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Even-money outside bets on roulette and baccarat, for example, typically contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates for each game type are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• td777vip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a bonus if we have reason to believe the bonus is being exploited or abused.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or claimed before the expiry date will be removed from your account without further notice.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at td777vip are processed exclusively in PKR. Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your own name and have been used to make at least one successful deposit, or that have been verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Standard processing times for withdrawals are as follows. These are indicative timelines and may be affected by KYC status, ongoing review or technical factors.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts
• NayaPay and SadaPay: up to 1 hour
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): up to 24 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days

td777vip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. This may occur in cases where: the withdrawal amount is unusually large; the account has not completed KYC; there are pending AML checks; or there are grounds to believe the account may be involved in fraudulent activity.

Players who have accepted a bonus must complete any associated wagering requirements before making a withdrawal. Attempting a withdrawal while wagering requirements remain outstanding will result in the bonus and related winnings being removed from the balance before the withdrawal is processed.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay at td777vip are subject to the rules applicable to each individual game or market. These rules are available within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters within the game, while these Terms govern account, payment and conduct matters.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by td777vip's system, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and the player elects to use it.
• td777vip reserves the right to void bets where they have been placed at odds that were displayed due to a technical error, human error or a clear mispricing that any reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
• In the event of an event or game being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, the applicable rules for that market type will determine whether bets are settled, voided or rolled over. These rules are available within the sportsbook or casino interface.
• td777vip's decision on all disputed bet outcomes is final once any available review process has been completed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed on the bet slip or game interface before a bet is confirmed.
• Winnings from sports betting and casino games form part of your withdrawable balance. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings under applicable law.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on td777vip and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether directly or through the use of another person's identity
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods
• Laundering funds or using td777vip for any activity related to money laundering
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee profits or exploit bonuses through collusion
• Using software bots, automated scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games without human input
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in any game or the platform to generate winnings that would not have been possible in normal operation
• Threatening, abusing or harassing td777vip staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or reproduce any part of the td777vip platform

td777vip employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account and transaction activity continuously. Players identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will not receive advance notice before action is taken against their account.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your td777vip account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete.

td777vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe
• Any conduct that td777vip reasonably believes constitutes fraud, abuse or illegal activity
• Use of the platform in a manner that poses a risk to td777vip's operations, reputation or other players
• Court order, regulatory requirement or instruction from a law enforcement authority

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, td777vip reserves the right to retain the balance in that account, including any real-money deposits, where the breach involves fraud, misrepresentation or money laundering.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the td777vip platform – including but not limited to the td777vip brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, text, software code and promotional materials – is the proprietary property of td777vip or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use td777vip solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from td777vip without express written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td777vip's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your td777vip account during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

td777vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings
• Service interruptions, system downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Actions of third-party payment providers in processing your deposits or withdrawals
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or game outcome histories

13 Responsible Gaming

td777vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity and maintain a healthy relationship with the platform. These tools are available to all players from within their account settings and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of td777vip after any updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using td777vip and contact support to close your account. We will process any outstanding withdrawal requests in accordance with the Terms in force at the time those requests were submitted.
